Photoshop CS5 problem

Flist, is there any of you using Photoshop CS5?
If yes, could you help me with this problem?

It's about .gif file.
Idk what's wrong but my 'Save For Web and Devices' setting is not at it's original setting. Before this, it worked well and the .gif files were beautiful. I think I maybe changed the setting which I don't know when and how I did that (SRSLY, I FORGOT). The .gif moves slower than the one on photoshop. When I viewed them on Firefox and Chrome, it moves very slow and the colour is not the one like I did in Photoshop.



This is the one on Photoshop and I didn't change the colour at all. Plus, I set to 'No delay' which is 0.0 secs and it should be working on it's original pace.



While, this is the outcome :( The colour changed and the speed is slower than the original one...

Here's my 'Save For Web and Devices' setting.



Fyi, I did reset my Photoshop back by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Alt after that load Photoshop but it didn't work for the 'Save For Web and Devices' :(

Can anyone tell me your original setting and see if it works for me. Onegaishimasu! Your help will always be remembered ♥

sometimes the colour display calibration between a computer and the internet is different. I don't know how to explain it, but before this I used a Mac, and the icons I uploaded were saturated compared to when I viewed it on an image viewer.

so maybe the colour calibration for the colouring problem?

hrm, the thing is, before this, I don't have this problem. I used exactly the same ps and because I messed up with the setting (lil only lol), it became like this :(

Can't help, sorry. I also have that delay problem. Mine is different with you, it looks slower in PS, but faster in Firefox.
Re-install..? I know it's a lame way. =3=

CS5, I wish I have it. I'm still using CS3 LOL.

idk if this will work - because this works in cs3 whenever I encounter sudden change in some features,etc..
window > workspace > default workspace.. maybe that will reset the option/setting? hm...

my mac is still quite empty for images and I'm lazy to transfer the images from my old laptop to mac...
and besides... lately im not in the mood for those... I've been stressed and frustated over life idk...

by the way, I can't open video frame to layers...
I wonder why~ when I opened file>import>video frame to layers... suddenly a warning appeared 'Could not complete the Video Frame to layers command because quicktime version 7.1 or later is required.' ==a

erm, you're using CS5 to? if it were me, I didn't use import.
scripts > load files into stack and select your screen caps :)
if not, just download quicktime version 7.1 and see it its working

I never encountered this problem yet. erm, maybe you should dl quicktime like it suggest?
