I'm boring.
Just finish my computer's revision cause I will have quiz this evening. Wish me luck~!

I made some icons to fill my time. Please take a look :)
All those icons were from their winter con official shop photos.

suggestion: try changing the modes of the original picture, sometimes it helps to make it look better ^^

nah. not really...
here's the idea; make a new canvas with grey color because grey always does the best acting as base. and then you place the picture of...let say for example yuto, then change the yuto pic to color burn. then you can play around with the color balance and brightness/contrast. sometimes it's also good to duplicate the yuto pic layer and use another mode, maybe soft light,etc.. just try experimenting around.

Ahh, I see... I always use white for the base so this is extra for me :) thanks for the tutorial XDD I will try experimenting more after this.

as I expected you use white as base. because if you use white you can't really any mode since the pic will disappear behind the white base. haha.

another tips is to use icon texture just find them on graphic sites or deviantart, overlay the texture on the icon, change the mode and voila~ haha..
